Good News- High court ordered EOW to st** all investigations in speak asia case!

Good News for everyone. In todays hearing High court has passed an order and asked EOW to st** all further investigations in speak asia case.Unable to take the setback of navnit khosla withdrawing his complaint, EOW started acting out of revenge harassing innocent panelists. They even sent arrest notice to all india speak asia panelsist association's secretary Ashok Bahirwani. In the wake of recent developments and taking heed of panelist sufferings, mumbai high court preponed the writ 3611 (filed for panelist protection) scheduled to be heard on 27th March for today itself. Taking note of the circ***tances that EOW is not cooperating in the mediation process ordered by supreme court and only harassing panelist without any substantial evi*ences, high court took a very stern action on EOW and ordered them to st** all the ongoing investigation with immediate effect. We had just received confirmation from the speak asia management and they were more than happy to confirm it and thanked all the panelist for their support. We are eagerly waiting for the order to come in our hands and will post it as soon as we get it. This was all possible cos of the panelists keeping themselves united,calm and updated at this difficult times through speak india forum.Thanks to the efforts of all the panelists involved at different level to support speak asia via offline/online medium. The order can be summarized as follows

Navnit khosla, the complainant, has filed an affi*avit stating that he doesn't want to pursue his complaint further.
Since the Public Prosecutor (Representing State of Maharashtra, EOW) has earlier on two hearing i.e. on 29/02 and 15/03 sought time to seek clarification from supreme court, which clearly they di*n't, the court understands that they are deliberately doing it to prolong the case, disrupt mediation process ordered by supreme court and only buying time to harass innocent panelists.The court understand the concerns raised in the writ 3611 and ordered to st** all the investigation in Navnit khosla case. Court asked PP to seek clarification in supreme court hearing of writ 383 which is scheduled for 2nd April.
The next date for hearing is scheduled for 4th of April 2011

As per my knowledge, this one is a milestone achievement and will keep away all the agencies from creating hurdles in the ongoing mediation process. In previous hearing we all saw how EOW tried desperately to prolong this case, first they din't attend the mediation meetings, then they din't co-operate with mdiator lahotiji, now they are not helping mediator lahotiji to ascertain the amount payable to panelists by lying/misgui*ing that ASIPA has that d*****s.We all know that AISPA is only an organisation made by panelists for benefit of panelists and EOW has ceased speak asia website and they have all the d*****s and access to database. EOW only can either give d*****s or give website back.

This order will also give management liberty to speed up the process of paying its exit optioners and working towards business restart. These two dates, supreme court date of 2nd April and mumbai high court date of 4th April is very crucial for all 12 lakh panelists as we will be getting a very good orders...stay tuned...
