SpeakAsia Corporate Marketing Team Update of 11th May 2012: EOW to submit data to court, final disposal of case on 8th August 2012

Dear Speak asians ,
Yesterday was a very important day for us as our matter was heard in Hon. Supreme Court and we got a favorable response in the interest of all our panelists . We are happy to share that honorable court gave a patient listen*** to our le***ed counsels and the other parties. The court heard our plea that we are not getting any cooperation from EOW is resolving the matter and disbursement of money which is already
lying with registrar of Supreme Court . This was also stated by Justice Lahoti in his report earlier. Based on our pleas ,the court directed EOW to hand over the data to the court on the next date fixed as 8th August and has kept for final disposal . This indeed is a great achievement as we are inching close to our victory. What normally takes years to achieve , we have been able to get on just 3-4 months . We will use this interim period to consoli*ate our position which should help in early resolution of our problems .
One point that continues to puzzle us that what is driving Navnit Khosla to pursue the matter in different forums despite AISPA members handling his claims and his affi*avit in Mumbai High Court on withdrawal of his case. We fail to understand who is behind this and why he and his other friends now do not want disbursement to panelists to happen.
This order from Supreme Court with further reinforce the Mumbai High Court order that has restrained EOW from pursuing the investigation against the SAOL family ( Panelists , Distributors and employees ).
The next date of hearing in Mumbai High Court is on 28th June and till then there is total stay on proceedings by EOW, Mumbai .We would also like to share with you that we are taking l**al opinion and pro actively working towards early resumption of our business in India .We understand that some misgui*ed people will try to spread panic and create doubts in the minds of our people . So lets be on guard and not allow any such negativity to impact our progress. Also , do not give any of your personal d*****s to any unauthorized person or on website which claims to be collecting data on behalf of the company . These are scamsters trying to take advantage of our position

Nothing can be done, only wait. This wait will not give any fruitful result. Date par date, date par date...yeh koi baat hui. Now wait till Aug/08, we will find another date.

check supreme court order...court has already stated in their order that they had kept 8th August as final date for disposal of this case...so we don't expect further dates in this matter

hme 8tg aug ko leke chinta nhi krni chahiye, sc ne to vaise v date ko july tk tal dia tha ye saol ki mehnt thi k 9 aur 10may ko sunvai ho saki. Mujhe pura ykin hai k ab jeet hmse jyada dur nhi
aur hmne genune company me paisa lagaya. Jaha Flc ,ram survey, e*** by ad, airolight jaisi tmam companies bhag gyi hmara saol akele hmare liye lr rha hai.

why wait for court start payment as you done previously what happen for singapor bank a/c which are fri*ge

All the data (Your record, d*****s of Bank a/c etc.) is in the server. You have to wait for court order 

to get back the server.

Dear online reporter,

here is something controversial regarding this update posted by u, which im unable to understand. so im bringing in front of all, on this forum for ur clarification. the update which u have posted was at 02:55. But i came across "SOMEWHAT I*ENTICAL" update at "speakasiaonlinemarketing.b*******.in" officially released at 03:58, with some minor differences in language. how di* it became possible......???

Update from Corporate Marketing Team

Dear Speakasians,
Yesterday was a very important day for us as our matter was heard by Hon'ble Supreme Court and we got a favourable response in the interest of all our panelists. We are happy to share that Honourable Court gave a patient hearing to our le***ed counsels and the other parties. The Hon'ble Court heard our plea that EOW is making baseless objections in sharing our data and we are not getting any cooperation from EOW in resolving the matter and disbursement of money which is already lying with the Registrar of Hon¹ble Supreme Court.  Based on our pleas, the Hon¹ble Court directed EOW to hand over the data to the Hon'ble Court on the next date fixed as 8th August for final disposal.
This indeed is a great achievement as we are inching close to our victory. What normally takes years to achieve, we have been able to get in just 3-4 months. We will use this interim period to consoli*ate our position which should help in early resolution of our problems.
We would also like to point out that Mr. Navnit Khosla has been consistently pursuing the matter in one form or the other and in different forums despite AISPA members handling his claims and his affi*avit in that regard before Hon¹ble Mumbai High Court.  We fail to see his ulterior motive to derail the process of disbursement of money to panelists who have chosen to exercise the company’s exit option.
We would also like to share with you that we are taking l**al opinion regarding early resumption of our business in India. We understand that some misgui*ed people will try to spread panic and create doubts in the minds of our people. Also, do not give any of your personal d*****s to any unauthorised person or on website which claims to be collecting data on behalf of the company.
We once again urge all our Speakasian family members to remain calm and patient as the resolution to our problems are well within our sights.

spread the good news among others in your downline... we are in constant touch with management to get authentic updates for all of us...what matters here is the update that we are expecting final verdict on 8th of August not the time stamps

i think now time has come for speak asians to take the fight to the street. EOW is doing nothing except spending & wasting time of court & of us. So now if in 1-2 months the speak asia case is not settled out then we must fill the streets or do dharna in front of the EOW office & convey them the message that either show something concrete proof against speak asia or just leave the company for its business restart. Every speak asian should do this so as to attract media attention & bring the real truth as to why these agencies are delaying the matter again & again & who is actually orchestrating the whole act against speak asia ? even dharna should be made against the supremecourt & high court as to tell them to give verdict either in favor or in against speak asia so that for once the matter is settled or we may move ahead in our lives. life is stuck in this ugly fighting. Patience runn*** out of mind. Management is doing all it can but still we are not moving an inch & that is what is frustrating. Be prepared to fill the streets if we don't have a clear verdict in 1-2 months time frame. That will be the best way to finish this UGLY FIGHT......
