I had been following lot of news in and around speak asia and feel very pleased that everybody came together and formed "All India Speakasia Panelist Association" which is the first association ever been formed in related to network marketing people (or i say referral) for safeguarding their own interests.This is a very large step towards strengthen*** the people large at mass to come on a common platform to voice in their interests and safeguarding it mutually.

However i am concerned about the factual representation of this association and its agenda which was never made clear to public at mass.When we talk about "Speak Asian" as a whole then the policies of the association made for them should be made clear to each and every Speak Asian through various mediums/forums and for that policies to be clear you should understand the real mean*** of "Speak Asian"

Do we say "Speak Asian" in real terms are the people who are working for Speak Asia Company?

You must be thinking what kind of question is that..is the author lost his senses??Let me take you back 20 months ago for you to understand it better. There was a company not known to real world and unexisted in business c***ed Haren Ventures Pte Ltd formed in 2006.Nothing has been available about this company on net to be involved in any kind of business whatsoever online/offline. That company got renamed to Speak Asia Online Pte Ltd on 19th January 2010 (ref: Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority,Singapore, www.acra.gov.sg) and registered a website www.speakasiaonline.com on 21st January 2010 (ref: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=speakasiaonline.com&pr...) and entered into Indian Market by forming a master distributor only c***ed "Tulsiyat Tek Pvt Ltd" as a collection agent for franchisee who will be solely remitting money to singapore and website which was built by "TULSIENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED" both managed by Tulsient Consultancy.Now the tricky part is both the companies have been blacklisted by ministry of corporate affairs (ref: http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/EES_Companies_List/CompanyListS_Z.pdf) and run by Manoj K**ar Sharma and Rajiv Mehrotra (ref: http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/AuthorizedSignDtls.do?method... and http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/AuthorizedSignDtls.do?method...).Manoj K**ar is the one who recently turned out to come in front suddenly as CEO,Speak Asia, how many people you had seen doing that in recent years?? Is he a hero or superman??Obviously not cos it seems he was runn*** the whole show from behind and needed to come in front so as to save himself and company for his own good.We wouldn't have known that he is runn*** the whole show if the speak asia wouldn't have come in limelight.Rajeev Mehrotra was seen in car with Haren at goa event covered by star news (remember star's first news-gurughantal) now he is in judicial custody.Now the business has started and growing here comes a regional manager Tarak bajpaye, a man with good stage presence only..anyone heard of him before in corporate world or in network marketing world..has he been associated with any multinational company or its l*****..NO..he is le***t to try and run an educational institute back in native place Indore which was a big flop.Speak Asia got a good fresh face and speaker and they promoted him to become COO so as to keep him in front.Now its evi*ent that nothing special or alluring here was with speak asia,not the credibility of the company nor the people who were runn*** it, to get a good start in India so they are left with network marketing only.

Now network marketing,peoples business, hungry people always looking for something naive to sell in market,surveys in mlm new?,hell yeah..why not give it a shot and this is how speak asia business started.Do we had big advertisements of Speak Asia in news,papers,websites about speak asia to join them way back in march,april,may 2010??nope-out of budget i guess, the only way it started is by exploiting the p**** of word of mouth,it started to grow with Speak Asians doing meetings and working hard round the clock.This is how it spread and now came the manager,advertisements and all the stuff.Why??cos its in budget now...cos u people had given company lot of money to do that.

So who created this huge empire of Speak Asia, is it manoj,rajeev,tarak who are runn*** Speak Asia Online Pte Ltd or its Speak Asians who worked hard day and night to create a huge empire of 1300 crores from trash? Speak Asia would have never existed without Speak Asians so we are not the people who worked for Speak Asia company.We are the people who worked for themselves with each others support to create this business. And now this business is at stake due to these loose headed people who are runn*** the company and are incapable of handling a business of such a large magnitude and making it l**ally and administratively sound.Now they are only trying hard to save themselves and least care about us Speak Asians,otherwise they would have started paying some who have foreign bank accounts...so i must say that they are not our representatives in real sense, they are just saving themselves and trying to keep us at bay so we don't make life worse for them.

Who are Real Speak Asians??

There are three type of panelists associated with this company

1)Investors

2)Extra Income Seekers

3)Full time networkers

Now the first one are the people having ample money and least care about the genuinity of any business process...all they want is to multiply their money at the cost of anything.These people are the ones who least care about the business ethics and its practices and are morally corrupt to  do whichever unethical ways possible to create more and more wealth by exploiting any concept.These people least care about a company or group and switch in no time to other profitable business.They are never at loss as they strategic***y invests in multiple business to compensate their loss so they are not termed in any way as real Speak Asians

Now the second one are the people doing their routine jobs and always look here and there to make some extra bucks with minimal risks involved.They generally get motivated by others income and would refer people occasionally now and then only if they had got enough returns.They are the ones who easily jump at the next best available o********** and least care about a concept or community.They only raise voice and come out of their den to support if and only if their money is at stake. So no they are not real Speak Asians

Now the third one and termed as devil at this stage.These are the people who trust the company and their concept, believed in them and left their wife,ki*s,job to pursue it as a full time business.These are the people who worked day and night to create and spread the goodwill of their company and always stand in front for their company.These are the people who brought themselves and the above mentioned two with this company and created this huge empire.Now the company is in trouble and the money of people is at stake. Are these people responsible for that,di* they cheat all of us and lied to us..NOPE..they were only sharing what they le***t from company from their trainers and managers. They can not be termed as responsible because if its not him then it would have been someone else.All they di* is to trust company before you di* and nothing else.They are in the same boat with you but with a bigger hole as they have nothing left now.All their dreams have been crashed and all what their efforts and work from the last 20 months is ruined.You can go back to your work normally everyday but they are left jobless now.These are the people who can never go to another company as all their efforts are with this company is at stake and they always hope for the best to come out for the company.They are even ready to die for the company.These are real Speak Asians

Is company in favor of Speak Asians?

The company has always talked about the people who had invested 11,000 with them and requested RBI to give clearance to pay who had invested in the company.The recent exit policy is also designed in this way so that only those who had  invested in company can get refund.The RPs e***ed if any from surveys can be utilized for buying products only and the leftover money can be taken as per the exit policy. Nowhere had company even bothered to talk about the referral income that has been made by speak asians for referring people. Is it not their right??Why the exit policy is not designed in such way that people can get all their hard e***ed RPs encashed..is it not injustice??Why company has neglected those who had sacrificed everything to promote Speak Asia? Tulsient's director Rahul Shah was caught by EOW for arranging money through hawala to pay their employees...di* u heard anything this sort off company doing for Speak Asians?Why don't they pay some in their foreign bank accounts so that they can at least manage to have food for their families?Are we Speak Asians not the responsibility of company?This is our marketing income which we di* for the company and its our right to get it..isn't company being totally unfair to Speak Asians like us?Who is fighting for us to get our referral income??NO ONE

So being a Speak Asian i don't think company is in favor of me

What a speak asian can do to get his referral income??

Nothing we can do. All we have is some points in our e wallets on a website which we can not use as a vali* proof in court of law. All the court can do is to rule in favor to recover invested amount and not more than that.We don't have anything in writing from the company about the marketing income we will get except a tiny referral plan on website which lot of lawyers can't even understand.So how do we defend it and where do we fight it. Do we have any real base to even fight it?Even EOW and their lawyers are getting feeble in front of the p**** of company as they had lots of money collected from us to hire foremost l**al agency and panel of big lawyers like Ponda ..what will we be able to do if we dint get pai*?do we even have a chance?If yes then we should come on a common platform and help each other to fight for our right.

Big Question?

I don't mind fighting with RBI,Home Ministry,MCA,EOW,CBI or any other court of law with you hand in hand if you can assure me and make me believe that you are fighting for my right i.e."The Right Of Speak Asian" So "All India Speakasia Panelist Association" unfold your policies and agenda in front of us Speak Asians and lets us see if you are prepared enough to fight for our rights then only we will come to support you and you will see that you will get not 16,000 mails in 15 days but lakhs of people standing besi*es you. Now being Mr.Ahmad Abdi involved as your advocate its evi*ent and strongly believed that you people are sponsored by Speak Asia only and you are there to safeguard companies interests only and not ours.If that is the case then beware as you might get into trouble soon, we Speak Asians are watching
